INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

dahmhouse.com offers International DHL Express shipping on all orders. Please note that recipients are responsible for duties/taxes, which can be paid upfront at checkout or upon delivery based on your country. We cover duties/taxes for Canada, UK, and USA.

RETURNS

Items purchased on dahmhouse.com are eligible for return provided that they are returned within 14 days of the item's original ship date in new, unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged condition, with all original tags attached. 

Please contact orders@thedahmhouse.com to initiate a return.

Following inspection and acceptance of your return, you will receive confirmation via email that a refund or merchandise credit has been issued. Please allow up to 21 business days for your return to be processed. 

Returns are accepted at the sole discretion of dahmhouse.com. 

*Please note that all Heirloom items and Nest items are final sale and therefore nonreturnable and nonrefundable.

FINAL SALE

Any Catharine Dahm items designated "Final Sale" on the product detail page, including any sale item discounted by 50% or more, are non-refundable. They may be returned for merchandise credit provided that they meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.
